CrossFit WOD

Crossfit is a combination of strength, conditioning training and gymnastics, whereby the area of fitness is covered holistically.

In addition to stamina, agility and skill, togetherness counts here. Nobody is on their own. The training takes place in small groups and is always supervised by an experienced and competent trainer . Different exercise variants make the process interesting and lively. It also enables participants of all skill levels to train together. We are a team!
